Just tell them it makes you feel uncomfortable, it's inappropriate and you want them to stop. And if they don't stop take it to the next level if you have a manager you can trust to deal with it without making it "official". It's annoying, but best to nip it in the bud now before this person starts overstepping the boundaries as that is not a nice place to be...

Failing which, kick 'em where it hurts.

Look the person directly in the eye and in a very serious voice, say the following:

"I think you give me diarrhea."

The problem with so many people is they try to handle bad situations in a "nice" way. What you NEED to do is take this matter head on and report the person for their actions. It's the only way to get them to back off. Otherwise it will continue on and on and when you find that you can't take it anymore and you do try and report them don't be a bit surprised if they say you're the one who bothering them or that you have been stringing them along. You'd better speak up now.

in my workplace you can't call sexual harassment until you've been up front with the person and told them its making you uncomfortable. you can also try giving them the cold shoulder but it sounds like they can't take a hint too well. also some people do not realise when they're flirting, they just think they're being friendly.
If things are getting inappropriate, then you should talk to a manager/supervisor or your HR person, so that they can have a talk with them about it.

Hi elvebrilith
say this is my workplace and you flirting with me makes me feel uncomfortable. Write it down for them if it does not work. Then if it continues take it further and explain what you said and then wrote to the person.
If the person does not stop when you make you wishes clear then it is sexual harassment. Call a spade a spade.
There is no reflection on you. Best wishes
:)
