I read a book. Counted sheep. Tried Warm Milk. Put the first Narnia movie in to listen too. That usually works. Tried the insomnia spray. Nothings worked yet tonight.
I listen to music mostly. Sometimes i read a book, or just close my eyes and knock out.
I lay down close my eyes and think Pleasant thoughts,within 5 minutes I'm asleep,and have Pleasant Dreams. :)
