I go to the gym and try and get it out there but if not xanax in a wonderful thing. ( seems to be my standard answer on how to deal with things tonight)

Depends on what's triggering the anxiety. If it's something out of my control I smoke a "J" if it's just some a hole or rude person that's got me ruffled I come on here and answer ?'s- gets my mind off things.
