    Relations with the men folk helps. So does wine and vodka. Sometimes the latter helps with the former.

    I beat the hell out of somebody!...LOL just kidding! take a xanax as prescribed...
    They say to get a pet such as a cat or dog helps to keep your stress level down.
    I have 3 cats and 2 dogs...lol I don't think 5 is what they meant because they can be too much and get on my nerves...lol so if you do that, I would suggest just 1 or 2 max.

    Loudly swearing has helped tremendously. I used to try and avoid angry outbursts, but when I do start yelling I usually feel so much better that I end up laughing at myself and therefore releasing all the pent up energy that had me so bent out of shape.
