Keep in mind that while he may not write as often as you would like (or maybe not at all), he's still thinking about you. But he's also bonding with his fellow recruits and being tortured to the point where picking up a pen literally HURTS at the end of the day. But...RECEIVING a letter from you every few days can be really inspirational for him and give him something to look forward to when he graduates from basic.

You could send him a few sexy pix of yourself...that might be fun to do...and think how crazy you will make him, thinking of you while he's there! You can just run around town, taking pix of yourself doing ordinary things....yanno, do a daily diary and take pix with your phone...then upload them to your computer, print them and send them along to him. See his and your friends, take more pix...send them to him.

Go to the library...borrow a book...yes, a book! Rent a movie for FREE while you are there....watch it. Maybe something girls like and he would absolutely HATE watching. He's not there...why not watch it now? Go to Blockbuster...rent more such movies.

Find a hobby....doesn't matter what it is...beadmaking, crafts, etc.

Take a class...on anything. Ceramics classes are fun and usually cheap. Plus you end up with some cool ceramic things that you created.

Go to a museum while you are out walking around the town, taking those pix I mentioned earlier. Blow his mind that you are SOOOOO bored with him being gone that you even resorted to visiting a museum. That will show him how much you really miss him.
