I looked up depression an saw some of the symptoms. Now I have some of those but it's not all the time it's here and there and also I just started using a blade on my arm. I know it's not the smartest thing to do but strangely it helps. Can anyone help me? Maybe lead me in the right direction.

You can probably get some peer support here, but you also need to see a doctor and probably a counselor ASAP.

Don't do it. you will feel really dumb when your relatives ask you how you got the scars and you don't have an answer. Been there done that. Exercise or do something useful with your time

you can talk about whats bothering you on here anonymously . sometimes thats all you need is to let out all those secrets you have been holding on to. It doesn't sound like you have Major depression. I would advise against diagnosing yourself. There are a lot of conditions you can look up and the look like you every time. If you have a concern see a doctor
