When you think about it and it doesn't bother you any more. "Letting go" is one of the most powerful ways to self-heal.

My guess would be, by the fact that you're asking this question, you haven't truly let go... give yourself more time.

How often do you think of the event? when you think about it, does it affect your mood? When you can think about that event without getting upset or negative feelings, you are over it. but dont rush it, before you know it, there are other things you will be thinking about.
