Watch a funny or uplifting movie, or just get drunk and be pissed off at the world. :P

Music, walks, have a good laugh with friends or helping out a friend, those are all good motivators for me.

Don't tel somebody to make you feel down, be positive! You're not disappointed, you're just influenced by other people who make you feel so.

I'm not asking for people to make me feel down, but to give me ideas to stop feeling down ;)

In that case do something that you enjoy! That can be music, perhaps you like to eat something specific? give yourself a treat, you are worth it! :)
