Big proclamations always seem lame. Wouldn't it be better to simply find a way to spend time together to talk about your shared passions and simply say "this means more to me than anything I've ever felt before. To have someone make the things I love better, to make the moments I'm happier better, to make me as a person better. I hope you know how special you are to me".
