Rock them, and feed them some rice ceral with milk, he could be wet, or need to belch ... figure out what is wrong but maybe most likely he is hungry

If I am holding a baby and my arms get sore, I just put the baby in the crib and use my hands to push the mattress down in a gentle rhythm, sort of like a light bouncing vibration, usually works.
