Glance at him, look away. Look again and smile, and if he smiles back pretend you are waving at someone over his shoulder. Look bored. Turn both feet out. Bend your knees. Swing an arm in a circle. Look at him and say, 'what the f*** do you want?' and do a cartwheel.

Gets me every time! (sigh!)
