ASSUME makes an *** of U and ME
I've had the same problem, and I will give all the advice I am able to give.
I've realized that all of us as human beings make assumptions, some more than others. These are all of the things I have come up with, because I was really bad at it. I am in the age group of a teenager, and we do tend to make assumptions a bit TOO much.
- Remember that there is only ONE safe assumption to make. Your first assumptions about a situation and person MIGHT be false. Keeping this in mind, it keeps you focused and level headed.
- Differ between harmful assumptions in everyday life. Some assumptions are USEFUL, and some slow you down, and hurt others. Doing this will make your life easier, and your personality will come across as more amicable. Assuming things will make can make body language negative and attitudes become what you never wanted them to be.
This is the most IMPORTANT!
- ONLY ba
I had to learn that people make assumptions all the time. Half of the time they will be negative, and the other half, positive. Assumptions can really affect relationships and friendships. You have to listen and be perceptive while not assuming so much to bond closer with whomever.
You can't "STOP" making assumptions; no human brain is capable of doing it. Make sure assumptions are not critical.
I hope I helped in any way. :)
Evidence shows that most of you fools could care less about anything outside of your immediate spheres. Most of you can be likened to herds of sheep. Baa.....If you take offense to these words, you are most likely guilty of them!
You try to understand things even if you are sure you can not. So for example if you were to see a older man and a young woman hand in hand instead of jumping to the conclusion they are a dirty old man and a gold digger, you watch them and try to see them for what they are.
