    You can't stop anything - it has to be IN THEM to see that they are wrong, and want to stop themselves. You may be able to convince them that what they are doing is bad, but then again, you may not.

    Start by telling your kids it is not okay to hit anyone. Forget this don't ever hit a girl. DO NOT HIT ANYONE! Model no violent behavior and kids follow.

    You can't change someone else or make them do or not do something, you only can support your family, friends and lovers in getting away from them.
