I can often fall asleep if I stay still. In my case this could be due to my Chronic Fatigue/MyalgicEncephalomyletis, or my Thyroid (hypo-low) or just not sleeping due to Arthritis and a hard couch. In other words, there could be many reasons for dozing off. I even have trouble drinking enough fluids and dehydration can cause serious doziness and it's epidemic in North America experts say. Definitely go find out what is NOT causing it. You might ask at Web M.D. also that's a pretty cool site and monitored by doctors. They cover every health topic imaginable.
