listen and watch to the person training you. pay attention to what they're telling you. it isn't hard, and you'll do just fine.

Everything is scary at first. They KNOW you are in training. A week later and you will be laughing silly at your trepidation, realizing it's no big deal. The best way to be successful, is to make a whole lot of mistakes and learn from them.
