ok try this for yourself.
Go to the bathroom, DO NOT turn on the lights, (its your body I'm sure you can find everything in the dark) Do your business, clean up..... then see if you did a through job when you feel you have finished.
Practice this every night for a week, I'm sure you will have your answer.Like (1)

Seriously. No I don't use a mirror . I would use tissue paper. When the tissue shows no marks. I stop wiping ?

If I were blind, I would first use TP, then I would use baby wipes, then a wash cloth. Hopefully that would do the trick.
