    I *suspect* corporate America (which you might as well say "the government") is waiting to to see who replaces him, and decide if the replacement is suitable, or not, messing with them as necessary. Someone who would not be suitable is another Venezuela nationalist, corporate America would like to "liberate" Venezuela's natural resources (at the very least their oil) for themselves, who knows there may be WMD's there that pose a security threat?
