I have to admit I have tried a lot of different programs over the past two years. Some have worked, some have not. I just started following this one and so far I feel great, have more energy, sleeping better at night and to top it all off have lost 6 pounds in a week.
Feeling very positive about the whole process. I feel so motivated and feel I can actually reach my goal this time, after years of trying on various so called "diets". I can feel that this is going to be a huge life change for me! I love you guys, keep up the good work, actually amazing work!

It's not hydration only - it's actually the water.... has to do with our body chemistry.
At it's simplest, water going into the stomach gives a feeling of fullness. At least that is my two pennyworth!
