My (G/g)od, man really? The Deuteronomistic Historian (Are you refering to Dtr1 or Dtr2), but if we combine both for the sake of brevity, Josiah is up there with David. He's only king after Solomon who actually tried to bring back the Kingdom to godly rule and the cleanse the Temple. Personally, I would put him beyond Solomon. His politics were of wealth and fame, which probably came out of forced labor (1 Kgs 5:13-18) and abuse and questionable holding of power (1 Kgs 11:48).
