I actually have my own, simple form of self hypnosis to help you sleep. I have passed it on to others and they all say it works for them too.<br />
Lay down in bed and prepare to sleep. Close your eyes and breathe normally. As you are laying there breathing, say the word "sleep" to yourself on each exhale.<br />
By concentrating on doing this, your mind will let go of anything else you were thinking about and you will soon fall asleep. You know its working when you wake up the next morning rested and refreshed.
