I'd say Good.I have always been able to eat ANYTHING I want and Not Gain Weight. I used to hate it when I was Young and Skinny.Since I got Older and Filled Out It is Great.Everyone else is always worried about Calories ect. I never give it a second Thought.

When I am pregnant it is very efficient. When I am not it is the worst. I have to eat 1000 calories or less to maintain my weight most of the time. It really sucks. I was going to get checked out to see if there's a way I can fix it so I can eat like a normal human being.
