Our version of vegetable soup is one of the easiest things in the world to make. What I do is use leftover vegetables from the fridge like corn, green beans, potatoes, lima beans, etc. And leftover roast beef and/ or hamburger meat(you can buy stewmeat at the store). A large can of tomatoes and throw it all in a pot and let it cook for a while. Depending on how the leftovers were spiced to begin with, you may add a little season salt/salt, pepper and oregano to taste but that's basically it. My grand mother used to even put noodles in hers and I've heard of people putting rice as well.
Not at all
not that it's hard just that it takes a few days.
Not hard at all. And that's a lot coming from me because I can't cook for ****. Just google a recipe and do it.
Some are very easy .
ridiculously easy, especially if you have a slow cooker.
Not hard - just find a good, simple recipe and follow it!
Souper simple!! Seriously, it's easy, depending on the soup you want to make!
