steady practice of a good meditation technique relaxes the mind so that emotions lose their control.
Having strong goals and focus is a good start (tends to block out any distractions).
First, you have to appreciate yourself..being emotional means you have a heart and soul.<br />
2nd, treat those impulses just like you control your car on the highway..<br />
Remember to breath and count to 10 before u make the move
by planning each day like your going to war and hoping luck is on your side ... the more you plan the easier a lot of things become and you can focus your attention to the important things ... and dont let yourself become too focused on the plan, if **** goes haywire then think on your feet and move forward ... if you dont let yourself be hampered by doubt or the unknown then you can control your emotions and control what you know ... do the small things and you will see that those small things can get you very far
Hey sometimes that is hard to do. drinking alcohol makes it worse, so i would avoid that
