I am biased living in the UK,I think they have put on a great games.......come on Ireland!!

    absolutely f#ckin splendid. Go GB. Although i was very angry at our local boxer, Stalker, display of bad sportmanship when he lost the fight and stormed out of the ring like a petulant child without acknowledging his opponents deserved victory.

    Agreed,that is not sportsmanship. GB are doing fantastic considering the size of their population in comparison to The USA and China.

    We have a population similar to California and New York combined to choose from, or an average sized Chinese village. I think its bloody marvellous.

    Australia - we've picked up these past few days and are now 9th on the ladder with 7 gold and 13 silver. Some soul searching needs to be done here and there but I enjoyed watching our athletes perform nevertheless.

    I watched some of their dives, particularly the synchronized diving, you are so right. Spookily perfect, like it was animated by pixar.
