How long would it take to bake a sweet potato in this heat?

The heat index today was 104. Saturday it was 110. So I started wondering how long would it take to cook if I wrapped a sweet potato in foil & set it on the top rack of the grill, then just closed the lid without lighting it.

When I was in scouts we made a solar oven out of tin foil. It acutally worked.
