I do..I like to be comfortable in my own home so sometimes I turn it up to 78 and lounge in a tshirt and shorts. I know it's bad :(

I don't have a heater so I guess you know my answer. My guilty pleasure is A/C in the summer though, since it can get so high and humid in my region. I lived without it for years but now it almost seems like a necessity.
