that reminds me of me. i'm 15, and for like 2 years i've had about 900 calories every day, and exercised for 1 hour fifteen every day, doing 150 crunches every day, running, walking, weights, etc. but a few days ago my mum made me start eating more, just start eating like 1,500, or 1,600 that's what i do now.

OK!as your body still growing and you need healthy food like the fruits and drink a lot of water and beans and vegetables as salad all of these with milk and cheese fro fats as natural fats best for body.if you do the exercises without eating well, at some time will fall and crash so just try doing small meals and each meal contain proteins and salad and fruits and and the brown bread is essential as can have quarter of or half of brown bread with cheese as taht will let your body be healthy and also neevr get so thin taht you crash and have no energy for every day activity.

That's not enough! You're supposed to average about 2000 calories a day. I have a high metabolism so I take in around 3000 to 5000 a day myself.

You really need to eat enough to maintain a healthy weight. It depends on your activity level.
