That's a secret - just like those herbs and spices. But actually, I do have some idea as I have dome work with their parent company Yum Brands. Each day they go through about 3,000,000 chickens worldwide.

I honestly don't know. I watched a special on PBS about this (battery farming). I figure KFC probably uses chickens from said farms. No more KFC for me. It was horrible to watch.
