rubythursday	Posted Jul 17th, 2009 at 12:09AM How do you measure a cup? Do you mean 8 oz, or do you mean a mug which might be 20 oz? I drink 48-90 oz coffee in the morning, then usually mid afternoon have another 24-48. Depends on my day is going. On boring days I drink more. I drink it black, no sugar and it's my only vice, so I'm not cutting back anymore. I used to drink 3 or 4 pots a day, but my GI tract started rebeling. Rated: +1Vote for this!
