i work out everyday atleastn1 to 2hrs been doing it many years i dont stop feels good after its like a daily routine like u toothbrush your teeth sometime i gave my self a 1day rest,... if you stop for more than 3days u will start over again feel sore... but i guess if its 3days its okey

You should work out everyday, but if you can't then do it every other day..you have to keep your energy level up

Not once in awhile but one really needs a min of 3 workouts a week, or roughly every couple days.
