I give one day's rest before working out with weights on any particular body part.I switch from upper to lower body workouts on alternating days,six days a week.Crunches 6 x week.Some form of aerobic exercise daily.

i work out everyday atleastn1 to 2hrs been doing it many years i dont stop feels good after its like a daily routine like u toothbrush your teeth sometime i gave my self a 1day rest,... if you stop for more than 3days u will start over again feel sore... but i guess if its 3days its okey
