I like them with salt and pepper and sweet pickles. :)
I think ChristianGal got it all..with Sunni's spinach salad. Unless you want to try your hand at pickling them. I 've heard of folks who really like them with hot sauce.

Orally is the only way I know to eat them, though there's a Japanese film (REALM OF THE SENSES?) that includes another intriguing use.

BUT -- if they sat out in the basket or were spread around the yard in the sun for hours during an egg hunt, I probably wouldn't eat them at all, just to be safe.

Hahaha, very funny. I meant ideas for ways to use them, for example, in a salad.

With salt, pepper and crackers. In an egg salad. On a green salad. That's about it for me.

I like to put chopped boiled eggs in tuna salad. If all else fails, my dog likes them.

    the Hard Boiled?.....On toast?

    In a Salad

    In Mashed Spuds

    In a milk shake

Feed them to your dog!( Gives a shiny coat!)

    Make an eggsellent salad!
