I eat three to six eggs per week. You should eat as many as you like. To many eggs is subjective and it depends.
I must go through a dozen and a half a week. They give me great energy.
I don't bother with the stigma of eating a ton of eggs.
2 per day is probably good.
If your cholesterol is already bad, more than 2 a day can be too much.
Wish I ate more
