How many languages do you speak or understand ?
Well myself, my mother tongue is dutch
I learned English from tv and internet and I speak it quitte good (although I make many spelling mistakes)
French I was forced to learn in school but I suck at it, I am just not good at it
and then german I understand a little because I am dutch

I know three languages fluently - Norwegian, French and English. After 9 pm and a few glasses of Chianti, I'm pretty fluen in Italian, and I can decipher the newspaper in any Romance or Germanic language. I have forgotten most of my Amharic, but I can still read the script.

I'm an American, so of couse I know English. I really like French, because I studied in High School. I also studied German, German is hard. I'm self teaching myself Spanish. My friend is Mexican, and of course is fluent. I love languages!!
