So the infant weighs 11.3 kg,and therefore needs 113mg,or 5.65ml...So to err on the side of caution I'd just give 5ml..

25 lbs=11.4 kg
11.4 kgx 10mg=111mg

25LB is about 11 kg. So at 10 mg/kg, it would be 110 ml (multiply 10 by the weight in kg, being 11). Did you read the instructions, is it safe for infants?
1LB is about .45 kg. Multiply .45 by 25, it will be around 11.

no im just trying to lean how to do this. Will you show me step by step because you are smarter then me and know how. sorry to ask.

Ok, step 1. Conver LB to kg. As 1 LB is about 0.45 kg, you need to multiply the LB's by 0.45. So that would be 25x0.45. That is about 11. So 25 LB is about 11 kg. If it is 30 LB, it would be 30x0.45. THen multiply the 10ml with the number of kg. This would be 10x11=110. No need to be sorry.

Just give 1x 5ml spoon that is a teaspoon, it will not hurt if it is too much or too little. Relax.
