25LB is about 11 kg. So at 10 mg/kg, it would be 110 ml (multiply 10 by the weight in kg, being 11). Did you read the instructions, is it safe for infants?<br />

Ok, step 1. Conver LB to kg. As 1 LB is about 0.45 kg, you need to multiply the LB's by 0.45. So that would be 25x0.45. That is about 11. So 25 LB is about 11 kg. If it is 30 LB, it would be 30x0.45. THen multiply the 10ml with the number of kg. This would be 10x11=110. No need to be sorry.
