    Rarely October.
    Sometimes November.
    Always December, January, February.
    Sometimes March.

Sometimes Nov to April in Michigan, but we've been having much milder winters- the last ten years esp.

I do not shovel the driveway on the account of me not having one.

And I do not scrape frost from my windshield (I normally put a piece of Cardboard on the window during the icy months of December/January).

3-6, depending on how long the snow persists (as early as November, as late as April)

I'm 66 years old and have seen snow where I live once in my life. I don't know how people stand dealing with this five months a year. Someone should start a business cleaning off people's cars in the morning.

If we're lucky only from November to the end of March ... if we are unlucky October to the end of April ... gets to be a long 7 months

I live in Middle Tennessee and there is little frost here. I'm also retired so if there is frost or snow on the car I just go back in the house and wait for it to melt.

It's only snowed one time, for about 20 minutes where I live.
So 20 minutes every 20 years is my answer.

Maybe two or three days a year in TX. In CA? Probably zero.
