I enjoy walking its very good for my head and my decisions not on any regular schedule though. Im pretty sure that regular ""kickin it in the ***" walks have improved both short term and long term living for me.. Guess that could be good and or bad:) At present my right knee is in lots of little peices on the inside second time since 2007 so now I need a walk real bad......but........
