No, but I am aware that many people do, so I have stopped wearing perfumes and colognes altogether. Oddly enough, I don't miss it--I guess because the perfume I really like is expensive, and I am not wealthy.

I dont usually have to say anything. The coughing and choking pretty much says it all.

Most scents are like kryptonite to me. I don't even need to smell. If the chemical in the air is anywhere near me -FORGET IT. I'll get the migraine of my young life with vomiting. There are scents I can tolerate Heliotrope, Citrusy things, but no flowers. As far as men's scents their so sexy & so nauseating. Sad huh?

And yes their is a ban at work on fragrance because more than one of us has this problem. Plus the patients are bad enough.

i cant stand the people that bath in the stuff and in plubic at a store or something yes i say something i have the right to breath and i let them know there taking away my right.. and i make sure that i'm load and very rude about it.. i told a older lady once while waiting in line that she please needed to stand at least 1000 ft away as she smellled worse the any other homless person in the world that a bath would help her not stink.. she told me i was rude and needed to mind my own.. I said that she was smelly and taking away my right to fresh air that i needed to breath.. she took offence and left the store a few people cheered

I usually ask if they have a cat, and if it makes a habit of pee'ing on their clothes.

I'm lucky. I can tolerate heavy perfume. Though the gas man said I have an extremely sensitive smeller, I can smell gas from across the room that barely registers on his meter I'm so proud.

I do have that difficulty. If I am likely to have to be around the person in the future, I do say something.

only occasionally if there is an ingredient that makes me sick ... and that has happened a few times with fragrances ... some do make me physically ill.
