I do, but that wasn't ur question...
It seems like the truth is, not so many of us. Is it a threat to privacy to have a real pic up? I think a profile and pages only show up in search engines when privacy settings are on 'public'. Am i naive? Anyway, if someone wants to find out about me let them, it says more about them than it does about me.
I like the profiles with genuine pictures the most, it just feels good to see a person behind the profile (assuming the pics ARE genuine...).
