Doctors enforce the need for us to check ourselves, but how many of us actually do it?

I get mamos yearly and paps...always feeling on my breast so I would notice a lump...

i never do, i dont pay much attention to my body, like i found a mark on my the other day, god knows if its new or if its been there forever. meh worst thing that will happen is i die

I check my breasts and get a smear every three years.

I check my breasts - my mum died of breast cancer - but am currently being treated for DCIS - but I didn't feel this lump.

Have smears too.
