I sneeze at least 3 times a day. I have a very odd sneeze that sounds like... Pikachu. Or a baby. Or a cross between both of those.

    Rarely unless it is spring or fall. Then, all the time.

    Like 20 times a day since I'm sick. I feel like ripping my nose off.

    Let's say I sneeze 2-3 times per week during the fall and winter, but I rarely sneeze the rest of the year.
