We both take good care of ourselves, eat right and all that crap. I hit the gym at least 4 times a week and tun a little as well. I am also VERY lucky to have been passed AWESOME genes from my dads side of the family. I barely have a few grey hairs, have all my hair still and its typical to go past 95 on my dads side of the family.
