Every week both sheets and pillow when do wash hair so that is like every 3 days or so do the change pillow.

I usually change mine around once a week, when I do my laundry. If my son decides he wants to climb in my bed with snacks, then I'll change them more frequently, but I try to limit him from doing that, as I do not like to find his hidden crumbs.
