21 times. I actually read that. So lets say you want excercise to become a habit...you have to go to the gym 21 times before it becomes ingrained.

it depends on if u pick up on things quicker than others... if its something physical, after a few times (whether u know it or not) ur muscles have started 2 memorize it. if its something mental, it might take a bit longer...
