Hey! I'm female, 25 from Australia and taking a holiday with my friend to N.Y.

Accomodation is paid, Airfares paid - now we need to figure out how much money we should be bringing for day-to-day living?

    For two $50-75 is enough ... :-))

    Try to use sunway 4 roaming ...

    My daughter lives in NY and it costs her $100 a day just to eat lunch and dinner- and she's not going to fancy places- it's just for her and she is a size 0 so, she doesn't eat alot either.

    $100 a day for food(at least), then you need money for shopping, museums, cabs etc.
    Cab fare from JFK or La Guardia is $50 to Manhattan, it's free to go to the 9/11 memorial but you have to sign up for tickets.
