3-6 hrs No good since I have brain issues and migraine =( I take meds and exercise and eat right to help sleep better. We must all use our bodies the right way to maximize the ability to sleep properly. 7-9 hrs per night. Thats not easy with some schedules but it is imperitive for peak health. The better sleep we have the better we function in every aspect..in any way possible we need to get the rest we all need and deserve.. even if that means napping or just closing our eyes for a few mins at a time and not thing and worry so much.. <br />
lack of sleep and rest, I believe can also be placed on the list of reasons people pass away early. =( Thats not a good thing. Sleep well everyone.. "Dont worry Be happy.. doo do do doo dooo da da.." sings lolol
