Lay down the law. Let them know what you need as far as personal stuff goes. Be nice but do it rite away. Generally mist people respond to this better than youbjust expecting them to know. Be firm and fair and ask them if they have anything that they may need you to consider for them. They say one good beating is worthba thousand bad beatings. If they respond poorly to this then they may not be compatable. Lay it all out on the table. Remember you share a personal space.

Pretend you are horrified at the lack of cleanliness (which is not there, of course) Talk to them as if they are in the kindergarten. Treat them like you are in the kindergarten
