3 times a week. My wife and I prefer "Flannel Sheets" to normal sheets. They are so soft and cozy.

as often as possible- every few weeks.... but I shower every night before I sleep to make sure they are cleaner

The wife does it so I haven't a clue. They're always fresh and clean though so I'm guessing a couple of times per week at least.
