Weekly with a wipe down as needed depending on my sons bad aim.

I don't have a schedule. However, before any female company arrives and whenever I see the bowl changing colors are the two conditions I use.

Weekly. Every Thursday evening when I come home from work, I clean my entire house top to bottom.
Obviously, if I notice any issues with its cleanliness in between Thursdays I will at least spray-clean and flush to make it sparkle ;-)

Every time they are flushed. I have rigged solid chorine pucks to get wash water into the bowl. The balance I deal with daily with a brush. I don't like a dirty bowl. I do this on the boat as well - all the inlet water into the head is chlorine treated - it keeps algae from forming in the bowl and it kills EVERYTHING in the holding tank - I won't tolerate anything smelling badly.

I don't bother flushing mine, anyway it's to clogged up and it just make more of a mess when it start over flowing with a flush.
