Six days a week, sometimes seven. Cardio and light weights for now to cut down on body fat, might go to heavier weights later to add muscle mass but I haven't decided. I do it because I got tired of looking in the mirror and seeing "a fat guy." <br />
Yes, some guys have ridiculous body image problems too. You'd be surprised at how badly putting on a few pounds after a breakup can **** with a guy's head.
