Never. Never ever. I wish I could motivate myself to get up and go outside, but I just can't. Exercising sucks so much; I hate getting winded and sweaty. I always think about how much better my life would be if I exercised, how much my health would improve and how I could lose stubborn pounds, but I never actually do anything. I want to exercise, I really do, but I don't know when the day will come that that want will turn into a reality.

i do it everyday. i go to football practice at 5:00pm till 7:15. then i go straight to the gym:D so yea it pretty awesome:3

If you count dancing, I 'work out' about four times a week. I ride my bike at least four hours a week. If I miss it I really notice it. I like to play tennis a few times a week also and I went for a sail for the first time and I may get to try that at least four or five more times this year. So I guess at the end of the day, you could say that I work out often.

I used to work out every day a few months ago but then stopped. I just started back up so it'll be every day or at least every other day

based on what I am reading here we have some proud "fatsos" here. Me..? Three times a week...2 times on a stationary bike doing the "aerobic " crap and then 1 time doing a high intensity workout based on "Body by Science". I am 70 and look great.

i work out a lot at my house... maybe 4 or 5 days a week....i jog a lot too....usually just a mile or 2 a day.
